Morocco Tour Questions
1. Are your Morocco tours private?
Yes. Our main tours are private tours, which means the vehicle and route are arranged for your group. This gives you more flexibility with stops, timing and travel pace compared with shared group tours.
2. Can I customize the itinerary?
Yes. The listed tours are starting points. We can adjust the route depending on your travel dates, arrival city, departure city, group size, interests and preferred comfort level.
3. How do I know which tour is right for me?
If you are not sure, send us your travel dates, starting city and number of travelers through the Plan My Trip form. We’ll help you choose the route that makes the most sense for your time and pace.
4. Are Sahara desert tours suitable for everyone?
Sahara tours are beautiful, but they include long driving distances, especially from Marrakech or Fes. They are best for travelers who understand that the journey is part of the experience. If you prefer a slower pace, a 4-day or 5-day route may be better than a 3-day tour.
5. What is included in the tour price?
Inclusions depend on the final route and package, but private transportation, driver, selected accommodation and some meals are usually included in multi-day tours. Each tour page explains the general inclusions, and we confirm the final details before booking.
6. What is not included?
Lunches, drinks, entrance fees, personal expenses, tips, travel insurance and optional activities are usually not included unless clearly stated in your confirmed package.
7. How are prices calculated?
Prices depend on the route, number of travelers, season, accommodation level, vehicle needs and any custom requests. The public prices shown are starting prices and are usually based on a group size note, such as 6 travelers.
8. Do I need to pay a deposit?
For confirmed bookings, a deposit may be required to secure transport, accommodation and local arrangements. The remaining balance and payment method will be clearly explained before confirmation.
9. Can I book last minute?
Sometimes yes, depending on availability. However, private transport, accommodation and desert camps are easier to arrange when you contact us earlier, especially during busy travel periods.
10. What type of accommodation is used?
Accommodation depends on the comfort level you choose. Options may include standard riads, comfortable guesthouses, premium stays or upgraded desert camps. We clarify options before the final booking.
11. Can the tour start from a different city?
Yes. Many routes can be adjusted to start from Marrakech, Fes, Casablanca, Tangier or another city depending on your itinerary. Send us your arrival and departure details and we’ll suggest the best route.
12. Do you provide airport pickup?
Airport pickup can usually be arranged depending on your arrival city and the confirmed itinerary. Share your flight details when planning your trip.
13. Is Morocco safe for private tours?
Morocco is a popular travel destination, and private tours are a common way to explore the country comfortably. As with any trip, clear planning, reliable transport and local support help make the experience smoother.
14. What happens if roads, weather or timing affect the route?
Some routes may be affected by weather, road conditions or timing. If adjustments are needed, we will suggest the safest and most practical option based on the situation.
15. How fast do you reply?
We try to reply as soon as possible, especially for travelers with close travel dates. For urgent questions, WhatsApp is usually the fastest option.
