Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please read our booking and cancellation policy before confirming your Morocco tour. These terms help keep the planning process clear, fair and transparent for both sides.
How Booking Works
Before any booking is confirmed, we review your travel dates, route, group size, comfort level and special requests. This allows us to suggest a realistic itinerary and confirm availability before payment.
1. Send Your Request
Share your travel dates, starting city, group size, preferred route and comfort level through our form or WhatsApp.
2. We Confirm Details
We review availability, route timing, accommodation options and any custom requests before confirming the final price.
3. Secure Your Booking
Once everything is clear, a deposit may be required to secure transport, accommodation and local arrangements.
Payment & Deposit Policy
Deposit
For confirmed private tours, a deposit may be required to secure the booking. The deposit amount depends on the route, duration, accommodation level and services included.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is usually paid before the tour starts or at the beginning of the tour, depending on the agreed booking terms. We will clearly confirm the payment method and timing before you finalize your booking.
Currency
Tour prices are usually quoted in euros. If another currency or payment method is used, the final amount may depend on the exchange rate and payment provider fees.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the route, price, inclusions, payment details and deposit conditions have been agreed by both sides.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while also protecting confirmed transport, accommodation and local arrangements.
Cancellation more than 30 days before the tour
If you cancel more than 30 days before the tour date, any refundable amount will depend on the services already reserved and the cancellation conditions of hotels, camps and partners.
Cancellation 15–30 days before the tour
If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the tour, part or all of the deposit may be non-refundable if arrangements have already been confirmed with local partners.
Cancellation less than 15 days before the tour
If you cancel less than 15 days before the tour, the deposit is usually non-refundable because transport, accommodation and local services may already be secured.
No-show or same-day cancellation
In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of the tour, no refund is usually possible.
Changes to Your Booking
If you need to change your travel dates, route, group size or accommodation level, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to adjust the booking depending on availability and partner conditions.
Changes may affect the final price if they involve different hotels, longer distances, extra nights, upgraded accommodation or additional services.

Weather, Roads & Local Conditions
Morocco is a diverse country with mountains, desert routes and long-distance roads. In some situations, weather, road conditions or local circumstances may require changes to the itinerary.
Road Conditions
If road conditions, closures or safety concerns affect the planned route, we may suggest the most practical alternative.
Weather Changes
Weather in the mountains or desert can affect timing, activities or route comfort. We will prioritize safety and practical planning.
Accommodation Changes
If a specific accommodation becomes unavailable, we will suggest a similar alternative according to the confirmed comfort level.
Important Travel Notes
✓ Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel documents and personal travel insurance.
✓ Travel insurance is strongly recommended for medical issues, cancellations, delays and personal belongings.
✓ Personal expenses, tips, optional activities, entrance fees, lunches and drinks are not included unless clearly stated.
✓ Driving times in Morocco can be long, especially on desert routes. We will explain this clearly during planning.
✓ Final inclusions, exclusions, payment terms and cancellation conditions will be confirmed before booking.
